All the stuff you want to know and are afraid to ask, and probably some stuff you didn't want to know as well!

FAQs...

  1. Rubbing deodorant in armpits (and elsewhere)... Yes you have to rub the deodorant in your armpits and “down below”, as well as your feet and anywhere else you so desire.  We’re not asking you to rub someone else’s body.  It's yours, and you should be doing it immediately after getting out of the shower - so you should be clean.  Admittedly, it’s a little different, maybe even “a little weird”, but everyone who tries it usually “gets over it”, and it simply becomes part of their normal routine. Simply scoop out a dime or pea sized amount with your finger and rub it all over your armpit or anywhere else you want to control sweat and odor.

  2. Deodorant too solid - If the deodorant paste is a little too solid/hard, simply rub a small area with your finger.  The heat from your finger will make it a little more liquid and easier to scoop out and spread as a result.

  3. Shipping - We are a small family run company.  We make all our products and ship everything out ourselves.  Please do not expect 1 or 2 day shipping.  2-3 week delivery time should be expected in the USA and longer for out of country deliveries.  If you get your order faster than that, consider it a bonus!

  4. Deodorant type - Why do we have different deodorant consistencies (tins and more traditional sticks)?  Despite assurances that “it’s really not that big a deal”, some people just can’t get over rubbing the product in their armpits (or elsewhere).  For these folks, we have developed a more traditional stick deodorant.  It is very effective.  However, it does not contain all the same ingredients as our flagship deodorant and is therefore not quite as soothing.  Also, each container does not last quite as long and is therefore slightly less economical.  If you can handle rubbing your pits, we suggest getting our regular tin deodorant.

  5. Preservatives - Why do some products have preservatives in them?  Most of our products are naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial (a side benefit of the essential oils and other ingredients in the products), and therefore do not require any preservatives, but anything containing water requires extra help.  If it has water in it and is left long enough, it will eventually develop issues (despite using pure/distilled water).  For this reason, some of our products do have a naturally occurring and non-toxic preservative added to them.
